Hi everyone!
How can I lighten my hair color without damaging it? I have fine hair as a result of shedding a lot last year. Now it is growing back but I dont want to upset my scalp.
My natural color is light brown but right now my hair is black with red tones form a perm dye.
Any suggestion? I dont want to bleach it! What about henna, what does it do? Could it help me at all?

Stay away from Henna! Get some advice from a couple of reputable colorist before you do anything. I think you will have to bleach, no other way to make dark hair light, or you can wait for the colored hair to grow out. DO lots of good deep conditioning before getting your hair done and you should be fine.
