How do you use it on shoulder-lenght layered hair? I want to has texture to my fine hair and give it a more chunky look but all I can achieve seems to be rather a dirty hair look...

How do you proceed? Do you put the paste in all of your hair when it is damp, and then blowdry? (I have to blow dry because otherwise my hair is incontrollably wavy).

Any help?

Thanks!!

Hi Catherine. I`m afraid I can`t help you much with this topic since I try to de-texturize thick hair, BUT from everything I`ve heard and read molding paste, as with pomades and waxes, is best used on short hair. Long hair like yours might benefit more from a bodifying gel, a spray-in product or mousse. I hope this helps at least a *little* bit!
