Just wanted to show off my Chinese light yaki from Jack Sun. I washed it Saturday..Isn't she lovely... I used Silcon Mix, Super Conditioner 10en1, CHI-Keratin Mist, and Lacio Lacio Leave in Conditoner...She is so shiny and soft.

what does the silcone mix do? So it's best to wash the unit straight out the package before applying?  I will be receiving my first unit this week

Silicone Mix is a hair treatment to restore the health, shine and the softness of dry damaged and weak hair.

When I got it I had dyed it Jet Black. I applied the Aussie Instant Freeze hair spray and the Sally Hanson to color the cap.

I wore it for like 5 days and then I washed it.

Personally, if I didn’t have to dye it, I would not have even washed it before I wore it.

I guess each person is different as far wanting to wash it before they wear it.

I ordered Swiss in the front and French in the back. Next time for right now ordering French, until I become a pro at this FLSmile....The back which is French is holding better than the front which is Swiss.

No, I haven't curled it. To be honest, I'm about scared too, because I don't want to mess it up. I have plans of buying another just like this one and use the rollers..I'm scared of heat, becasue my own hair breaks as soon as I out any type of heat to it, except sitting under the dryer...

I think u should be fine if u curl it. I hot curl my CVRs all the time-I use my maxi glide to curl it, then after u hot curl it, just pin curl it at night and put a bonnet on and the curls should stay. Thus far I do not have any light yaki's but I am assuming that this will work for your Chinese lght yaki.

I'm new to the area, so that sounds good to me.
