Do any of you ladies straighten your kinky curly units. Do the curls on the unit revert back? TIA!

I don't straighten mine, I have read where others do but since the curl pattern is not natural but the result of a perm you can expect to lose some of the curl definition each time your "straighten" the unit.

ITA with Charmed i thought that as well when i first started lf's that i'd buy one and straighten it and then go back curly.. but there is no guarantee that it will revert back over time you will loose the curl pattern, so its best to have a curly and then a straight.. for more than one reason, rotating helps to save the life span of all your units by having more than one.. b/c if you have one and use it and wear it daily wear it will wear out faster than if you had other's to rotate your units..
