Ok, so I got bangs, selfcut and like them. Now think I want to try something else maybe more layers or something shorter.

My hair now:

Why don't you try a nice short cut chin length cut with a  buzzed nape. Maybe a #2  with a nice taper.

Why dont you listen to any of us?  We have written personally and I have seen what others are telling you.  You can't do certain things with your hair that you want to do...you don't have the texture.  As I suggested multiple times, either go really short or grow it out (layers and all)....sorry, but those are about your only options.
