I ordered it off of the Internet. However, Im still having apprehensions about doing it. I have the formula for highlighted hair, which mine. I have heavily highlighted blond hair. It is in fairly healthy condition, just a bit dry and frazzled on the ends. How do I do a strand test? I really want to sample it before I douse my whole head in this stuff. Replies:
