I'm just loving this 3 or 4 or 5 inches shorter trend!!!!!!

Hollywood and the other right wing hair cutters must really be pushing hard to get to a top star like CVatheriine Zeta-Jones... I would have thought she could withstand the pressure!

Lady looks fabulous, as usual, but I'll still vote for the longer length in the "Zorro" movies (though some of that might have been extensions--I don't recall any photos of her off set that show her with hair that long).  Somehow, the feats of derring do and romance wouldn't have been the same without the long hair flying around!

The link didn't work for me the first time, but did the second. Worth trying again.

Looks great at this length, but I loved it longer in Zorro too!

Damn, more beautiful long hair chopped. She still looks cute, but I definitely prefer the longer locks.Cry

The more photos I see, the less I'm impressed. These were taken at a golf outing.

My opinion, Kathryn, is that shoulder length hair is pretty. Whether it's CZJ, Gwyneth or Liv, all still have nice looking hair, but some of the beauty, elegance and mystique has been lost with the more normal length cuts. Dramatically less WOW power in the hair, IMO. That's how I see it. Cordially, Bob Star

Is it just me, but in that last set of pictures her hair and looks remind me of Michael Jackson.

I think Catherine looks great in that length of bob. It's almost a longer version of the POB. It's simple and elegant. I think if I was to cut my hair, I would probably go for that length.

Ironically, if I had to trace today's trend away from straight, center-parted, one-length hair, and toward layered, banged, curled/wavy hair back to one celeb who took a chance, I'd say it was when CZJ herself got these cute little sideswept bangs in 2002.

I still remember how "daring" a move it was, and hoping it was the start of a movement...
