I am loving this for summer...not straight either...i have a LF to MESS with.

Hi, that's an awesome colour. If you're going to do that yourself, you're going to need bleach to get it up to level 6/7 and 9/10, so you can tone over that. It's definitely a mix of light blonde pieces with medium brown, but I think the roots LOOK darker than they really are. This is more of an ash/gold tone (if that makes sense) -- not too red/golden, so it's going to be hard to get yourself! Can't wait to see once you try though! OK...I forgot to add, that I used to have a very similar colour to this. What I would do (I am Level 2 naturally), is use a high lift blonde as my base colour to lift it as high as it would go. Make sure to use an ASH blonde high lift colour with double 40 volume. Then after that is washed out, pick out random pieces (around face) to highlight to pale blonde.
