My hair is naturally medium brown, i have blonde highlights and I want to add more blonde to it but I dont want to constantly have to get my roots done. I was wondering if there is any kind of product out there that would be able to blend dark roots into blonde hair. I notice pictures of celebs out there with darker roots and lighter hair but it seems to blend together well, not the clear cut line of dark roots, you know?

You can go in to your hairdresser and get her to put on a toner after about 5-6 weeks (when you can see regrowth)  She can put a stronger toner on your hair to "break the base"  This freshens up the blonde length of your hair and will lighten up the roots a few levels so that you can go another 5 - 6 weeks until your next highlight.  This also keeps your hair healthier than highlighting every 6 weeks and costs LESS.

A trick of the trade to avoid having to have your roots re hi lighted.

Ask your stylist to take a veiled section of hair from your natural pattern and clip out the way and then apply the hi lights to the underneath section. This will stop the root growth look and still allow you to have loads of hi lights.

Just a wee tip!
