Do you ladies add 1 inch extra to the measurement results when you measure the forehead to nape of neck and add 1 inch to the measurement results when you measure the temple (from temple to temple). My first unit i measure like that and i look a little like a werewolf .

| I do. And from some vendors the unit comes out a little too big, and from others it comes out perfect. For me it has been about trial and error. |

| My first unit I gave exact measurements and I couldn't attach the back. Now I usually get it about 1/2 larger |
