OK...so I have done everything in my power to get these Chinese shoe spammers to stop.  We have blocked their IPs, reported them to their ISPs, sent them bills for using the space....to no avail.
 
We are working on new methods of blocking them but I want to thank everyone who has been helping me by reporting the ads as soon as they appear.  I have personally deleted over 50 of these ads in the last 10 days.  It is discouraging because everyone who visits here HATES the ads, yet they will not stop.  If anything, they should realize people will never buy from them because of their abusive spamming tactics.
 
Please keep those reports coming.
