Help!!!!!

Ok I recently just bought a hair colourant by Wella which is light brown/ 50. Ok because of my naiveness i forgot to look at the hair results. You see I am an asian male with curly black hair. Form Malaysia. When I did the strand test there was no change in my hair colour. It felt thicker suggesting that haircolour was deposited in there, but what the use of me buying this, unless i wanted to cever my grey hairs, which there is only a few noticible strands. I was wondering what if I put peroxide on my hair before I colour it. I seen many of my friends and people all over asia PUTTING PEROXIDE on their hair and it becomes oranged or lightened. So what do you guys think will happened if i put my ligh brown colourant on top of that peroxide hair

Why would you want to do that? The hair color if it is perminant ALREADY has peroxide IN it.

Your hair might not necessarily turn lighter after bleaching then coloring...it`ll just give you the "exact" color you want.
Your hair is black, if you use the light brown color it might not really show up, if you bleach it`ll really turn light brown after you color.
I wouldn`t suggest bleaching though, it really damages your hair.
