I'm curious - what happens when toner is applied to hair that has not been bleached or dyed?
I have two-tone hair - one part is bleached platinum blonde, and the other part is my normal (brown) color. I'm just wondering what would happen if I applied Clairol 323 platinum toner to my WHOLE head, and not just the previously bleached part.

my natural color is a dirty blonde/light brown color. one time (the only time!) i applied a wella toner with 20 v. developer after a bit of regrowth and my roots turned orange. so i'd just apply it to the bleached part.
