Has anyone heard of Wild Growth Oil (WGO)? Does this product work for natural or relaxed/permed hair? I have a son who has thin curly hair that looks like the singer lloyd and wanted to know if this product would work for him. His hair is already long but I heard this product would help with thickening the hair and help with dandruff in which he does have. These are the two problems I'm trying to help his hair with. If you have any knowledge or have used WGO, please let me know. Thanks

Sorry, no personal experience with it, but I heard you might want to add some fragrance oil to the bottle because its otherwise reported to smell terrible. Be sure not to use lavender or tea tree oil since you want to use it on a boy (these herbs have been reported to be bad for growing boys).

Thanks for the advise. For the herbs that are bad for boys, what kind of reactions were reported because I have used tea tree oil on all four of my boys before?

They are not positive that these herbs are the source of the problem, but unti they know more, they just suggest people don't use these things on growing boys.
Here is a link to a webMD link about that: http://www.webmd.com/parenting/news/20070131/lavender-oil-may-spur-breasts-boys - http://www.webmd.com/parenting/news/20070131/lavender-oil-may-spur-breasts-boys
If you haven't had a problem yet, I doubt you have to worry about it happening how, (and it does say stopping using it also fixes the problem) but I wouldn't continue using it, just to be sure.
