i'm applying my lf for the first time tomorrow and i wanted to get some feedback from more experienced members on how they create a good looking hairline

I've just cut a new one on those that were totally jacked up, meaning they were those half moon shaped hairlines with no temple, and didn't look natural at all.

so is it a good idea to order a custom that's larger from the front to the nape and cut in a more natural hairline? My stock was larger than my own measurements, and I used Breh's natural hairline thread to cut a new one and it works. I was scared though... lol.
