Date Posted: December 08 2002 at 10:26pm I know it`s been asked but right now i`m just way too lazy to search it out on the old boards like I usually do. I`ve decided to bite the bullet and get a good supplement to increase the health and speed of my hair growth. I was using GNC but then adding supplements of silica and biotin to it.
