I recently purchased this hair from hairsisters.com and it is so soft and pretty...but I need to know what products you can use to maintain the hair. You can straighten the hair or re-wet it for a curly look, but after wetting it and letting it air dry, it looks a lil frizzy! Can someone pls! help me figure this out. I see where ppl sew it in and have it going straight back, which looks good, but i wanna have a side part with side bangs so when i straighten it, it looks good, what do you think would be better..PLS HELP THANKS!!!Big%20smile

French Refined is a lot like my natural hair. I wear my hair straight though.

When I was wearing it curly, I would mix product to tame it. I would always start with a leave-in (after shampooing/conditioning), then mix a serum and a smoothing cream or gel in your hands and pat it all over your head. For me, I had to lightly mist my hair with water every morning to reactivate the curls/product. Curly hair is a lot of work!

Ahhh yes, the french refined is a texture that loves lots of moisture. When I wore FR I used a product from Sunsilk that worked wonderful, I think it was called De-Frizz. It was in the green bottle.

Another tip for handling curly/wavy hair: don't touch the hair after you have applied product to wet hair. Just let it dry completely. Playing with it before it dries is a huge factor in frizz!

Oh, I'm so happy to hear that!Tongue Sometimes, I actually hand out useful knowledge!!!LOL

Believe me, I learned this the hard way after years trying to figure out why my own hair was always frizzy. Sometimes, what I would do is let it dry hard-ish with gel in it, then once it's completely dry, scrunch out the hardness. This way the curls are controlled and you don't have crunchy hair!!
