I am going to start H20 method right now, and I'll keep posting updates on my progress and also should I use a hard or medium right now for the h20 because I was using my diane 8157.

.....idk i got mad nappy ish ..and i use a med..
but also do "supa theory" ..brush slower and not as hard for better connection ...
and also it lays ur hair down alot better in your wolfin stage ,,

because it seem to me as u brush slower it give the brush more time to grasp all the hairs and lay them down..rather then brushin faster and not catchin as much as u would like ...

and like i say dis is really effective in da wolfin stage ..

I agree with wave connec, hard brush for ya, I mean I got a med texture like u can see n I gotta use a med at that stage of waving.  I noticed this, When I started waving I used a medium brush. I never really scalped myself but after low cuts even, a softy still got it back to where it was before.  But I scalped and started over with a soft to start.  It wasn't working, My waves were not coming in hardly at all for some reason.  I recently (ok a month ago) bought a hard brush and it is helping my wave progress hella good because I scalped myself just to get rid of the waves look last november, rocked low fades till january and started over and got sloow progress.  But now back on the medium, progress is back to how i expect it to come.  For me, medium developed, and soft maintain/connected.  So for your nappier text i agree wit DubC, hard brush.  I think see now balla, you just maintaining your ish/making connections perfect so what works for my text to maintain and connect a soft, for you is the equivalent of a med

Your waves are in pretty good condition.

Keep doing what you are doing.
