 !! I just returned my oxidized T14 Silver Lady toners and exchanged it for another one. I asked the sales lady to make sure that its okay and she said its fine. I double check myself when I got home and it was BROWN. WHAT THE HELL. How frustrating. The toner shouldn't be brown in color right? Ahh !! Im gonna have to exchange again I guess. </end vent>Grr. Now Im still stuck with yucky pale yellow hair. |

Bebex: isn't it frustrating?! I would try and use that White Lady that you bought because I think the Wella is concentrated and thus darker? Maybe I'm thinking of the color though. Look at the instrustions and see if it instructs to use it 1:2 (one part colour to 2 parts peroxide). That means it's concentrated -- but I don't know if that should make it dark in colour. Uggh. To be safe, get yourself some purple/violet shampoo like Clairol Shimmer Lights so you can wash away the yellow! It works! ------------- Love clip-ins and tape! |

thank you! and yes, i use white lady.
the toner is sort of a clear brown color, but if it's dark brown/purple before you mix it with developer then it's no good! ------------- Before/After toning with Wella

| Ah, mines a pretty dark maroon colour.. When you mix it with the developer does it stay brown or turn purple? Thanks alot >< Im just gonna end up dying my hair back to brown =( Do you know any creme toners? |

nooooo not brown!! you're so close already, why not just go get a new toner?!
i use a creme developer, so the color at first is whiteish but shortly after it begins to turn purple. ------------- Before/After toning with Wella

| I went back and forth three times already =( Im so fed up with them having bad toners >=( I just dyed my hair a really light ash brown. So sad, I dont think i'll ever try the whole head blonde thing again! haha. Thanks alot Asiabo and fakeizme. |

Awwwww, you're welcome Bebe. So sorry you had to dye a bit darker, but the light brown will fade and you can always add in a few highlights once they do! If you do that, you can play with some toners to get a feel for what works. Hope you enjoy your colour! ------------- Love clip-ins and tape! |
