hello ladies , i missed you guys , got to get caught up , ltns i have to pull my gurls (ie lance fronts out of temporally retirement  been doing alot of swimming in my back yard figure ill give my head a break , iam sure sexy beach , and others have a lot of new tricks , for me to get caught up on   with god help and their expertise it shouldn't be a problem sure can't wait to close this pool up , running around looking like a a bird nest ------------- GET BUSY LIVING OR START DIEING |

for sure girl, yea i've had my surgery since we last chatted, and i'm coming along, and finally getting this water and bloating off me.. i've been having to come home and lay down from work b/c i get swollen with all the activity.. i hate this bloating..

i am doing better i was drinking this weight loss tea and lost 12 pounds..  they have pills too and i'm doing both and its working..
