Is pantene shampoo & conditioner to strong for a 3 year old?  What if its diluted with water is it still to strong?  I think hes getting to old for the baby shampoo (baby magic) I'm still using.  He has Arm Pit Length Hair which I feel needs something to cleanse his long hair better with.

Good news! Pantene is not too strong and there is no need to dilute.  I work for P&G, specifically for Pantene.  When I read this entry I couldn't resist replying.  Pantene shampoo and conditioners are safe for all ages.

My little guys were as bald as bald could be, and I always envied that cute baby fine hair!  Sounds like your little one is a cutie!!!Wink

Thank You so much for the info.  Thanks I bet your little guy is a cutie too.  I bet once his hair started to come in it came in fast.  Believe me having a boy with hair and hes young  is not what everybody think it is because  he hates getting it washed or combed, it is a handful, I keep it cut to this lenght and will let him decide when he gets older if he wants it cut .  Thanks again.Smile

I would recommend not using Pantene, use something like Tresemme or Herbal Essences. Pantene is just full of pathenol, which makes your hair LOOK better, but not actually improving the hair

I have heard/read from several sources, including hairstylists that Pantene is just about the worst shampoo/conditioner on the market (creates buildups and doesn't do anything for the hair)...  I personally would never use it (either on myself or a child).

I have almost waist length hair and I use Pantene Beautiful Lengths 2 in 1 shampoo & conditioner.  I really like it.  I have used all sorts of shampoos and conditioners and was hesitant to use Pantene

I am going to stick with using Pantene for a while.  I like the results and my hair actually looks good

-sorry I'm not contributing to Pantene vs. Baby Magic, but I can tell you my sister uses Pantene on her kids - ages 6, 4, 2, 21 months and 9 months (not sure if she uses the Pantene on the 9 month old, but I do know she uses it on the other kiddos

Well I am a hairstylist, and recommend pantene to my clients, as I find it give good results. Pantene for coloured hair, should be used on coloured hair only. Only my opinion though, lol.

Must add, I use pantene myself.

Nevr thought of that. Thanks.    Someone suggested Creme Of Nature shampoo & conditioner, what do you think?  What do you suggest for boys age 13,11,9 and 3 with long hair but different textures?

Sorry fatkat, I have never heard of creme of nature, as I live in the UK, maybe just never came across it, lol, so I can not comment on that particular brand. I have again recommended pantene for children, only difference is there the female ones, lol. I would maybe try the pantene once see how you get on, their hair wont fall out or anything.
