School is about to start and I wanted to do something extreme for yearbook pictures. I was hoping to achieve a true silver, white or gray color but I'm not to sure on how to do this. I know that some major bleaching will be required but after that it seems like I have a few options. -Manic Panic Virgin Snow -Wella White Lady -Wella Silver Lady Does anyone have experience with these dyes? I'd rather not go the manic panic route. |

HI! I am trying to figure this out too. I have seen a trend towards what one called Industrial haut hair colors and hope to find a collection of stuff to try on swatches. I am thinking it requires lighten to lightest yellow & using a blue base/ violet base... but requiring swatch testing. (IDK if you mean Platinum~Silver or Gunmetal too hehe) I think the best method would be bleach & tone... However, MAJIREL 10.1, 9.1, 8.1 MAJIREL BLONDS GRIS ICEBERG 9AA or blue based clairol HL-B HIGH-LIFTCOOLEST BLONDE, Complements 12A, Wella Color Charm 1210, ion brilliance 12.1 Wella Color Touch 8/81 Silver 12 N premium creme clairol made a beautiful silver. Torrids : Platinum Lightening 001B or 104 BV ELECTRIC PEARL Schwarzkopf Igora 9.5-1 Iceflower Clairol Creme Toner 323D-Creme Toner Extra Light Platinum T18 Wella toner or Ultra White Minx  I saw Wella swatches 9.21 & 10.21 but need an expert to know which Wella brand that meant. Examples: On the Matrix web site: Frosted Dawn : Used V Light & Color Sync 10A and Clear Soft Pearl : used a combination of SOCOLOR.beauty (ULA, 8M , 9A) and Color Sync (10V, 10WN). I wonder what glorious greys do on non - gray hair?????? |
