Does anyone have any experience with Robert Craig hair color? How can it be permanent and contain no ammonia OR peroxide? It sounds too good to be true, especially at $10 a tube.

I have long, dryish dark brown hair, and use permanent and semi perm. hair coloring to cover my grey, mixing 2ns and 3ns (generally 1 tube chocolate and 1 tube dark ash browns)

Anyone with any experience with Robert Craig, please let me know. Thanks.

By the way, I noticed that this hair color has the dreaded Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. How good could this color possibly be? They seem to imply that it's good just because it doesn't have ammonia or peroxide...

Ingredients: Toluene-2,5-Diamine Sulfate; M-Aminophenol Sulfate; 2-Chloro-p-Phenylenediamine Sulfate; p-Aminophenol Sulfate; p-Phenylenediamine Sulfate; Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate; Sodium Lauryl Sulfate; Sodium Perborate; Sodium Silicate; Sodium Sulfate; Xanthan Gum
