| I want to start wearing a couple of single wefts in differnt places of my head/hair instead of wearing the one that I made where I put a couple of wefts on one set of clips. For some reason where my hair is so thin the weft tends to show through when I double them up like this. However one weft just seems so thin and just lifeless. Is there a brand of human hair that maybe the hair diameter/thickness is better than maybe the ones I have? I got mine off from ebay but can't remember the name of them. Any help would be great. Also how short could your hair be and still wear maybe brastrap length extensions without them being too noticable? What is a good hairstyle for that? I was thinking more layers or something. Sorry so long |

wvpumpkin, Density varies a lot from one brand to another, you just have to try different brands, do some reasearch prior ordering.
I think extensions plus -that I have never used personally but I have heard they're good- do custom made weft and you get to pick the density you're looking for on the weft:

My natural hair is very short, especially on the front area but I wear extensions that are 20-22' long.
I use a particular method to hide the weft in tricky areas, maybe do a quick search on my old post, I called it'invisible weft technique', basically, it is a narrow piece of tape on the part of the weft that faces your head and a thin layer of LG on the top part of the weft + I pull a layer of my own hair on top of the weft and it covers very well, even with super thin hair like mine.

ok thank you so much. So I am understanding that if you just use the tape/protac etc, that when you remove them they don't just peel off, that you have to use some sort of remover. Is this correct? I am just scared that the remover will damage my hair, and it is already damaged enough. |

Not sure what you mean Pumpkin,
Yes, you do need to use a remover, with pretty much any extensions method you're gonna have to use a remover, like supervolv, acetone, citrus oil remover etc.
Maybe you need to do some research on the tape method to find out if it is something you want to use or not. It is a very gentle method and there is a ton of info and tutorial about it.
Liquid Gold is a great method too for DIYers, and it requires a remover as well.
Micro rings and sew in are methods that don't need a remover.

| It seems to me like I have had the least damage from LG. I tried Micro rings as well, but, I like fusion better for a strand by strand method. I found it hard to remove the rings without breaking hair. |

With careful, patient removal you shouldnt experience damage, with any method.
