Do you know what a fascinator is? According to some fashionistas it is supposed to be a version of a hat...except it's mainly wire made into a small little hair type of accessory often covered in feathers like what Carrie Bradshaw wore on Sex And The City for her wedding veil accessory and for the premiere of the movie in London - remember the pineapple looking thingy perched to one side of her head?
Does anyone have other info on the fascinator?
