Good luck BOB, remember, Hydroxycut Hardcore (ephedra free) works wonders with a reasonable workout and reasonable food intake (sorry, no pizza).  Trust me, i am not a spammer, but i am a CPA who sits on his a$$ for extended periods of time during tax season.  All three of my partners did the Nutri System for 3 months, and we LOST weight instead of gaining it as usual during tax season.  I always cut my workout routine back during tax season b/c i dont have that much free time, so it was about 2x a week, ususally a 2 mile run.

Anyway, good luck, and the weight will come off.  I wish my wife would make that bet with me, b/c i would ramp my $hit up fast and drop 25 in about 2 months (by the way, that is not the healthyist way to do it)!

I would have some type of an angle towards the front. The bulk needs to go. Does she have a slender neck line? If so show it off. You don't need to have it clippered if who is doing it is good.

I"m a short hair guy and conflicted with my wife as well. I like the short, funky look but in many ways I know deep down that she looks as good or better with it long. 

What I don't like about it long is that it gets boring fast.  Never changes. 

 

My wife and I go round and round over her various styles and in a lot of ways it is really frustrating that there is almost an "opposite" affect.  She will resist doing certain things simply to establish independence if she knows that I want her to do something badly. There seems to be a fascination with it having to be "her idea" that is sometimes more important than whether she likes the idea or not. 

 

I think in any marriage the effort to stay attractive for each other is something that is worthwhile and should be two-way.  I don't think its completely out of line for a spouse to cater to the others preferences and I don't understand why people would want to be together if they didn't have some expectation that they were doing things for each other.  That said there should be no ultimatums.

 

It is a somewhat enjoyable back and forth in my household.  The reality is that my wife likes the attention I give her when she does her hair or her look the way I like it but she is somewhat resentful that she has to take those steps to get the attention.  I don't think there is any right or wrong answer here if both people are happy with the arrangements.

 

With the weight loss wager I see absolutely nothing wrong with it.  Kim by now must understand bobs fascination with her hair and she is offering a reward for him taking healthy steps and behavior.  That is awesome.

 

You should get double credit for losing weight with a new child.  That is usually the time of life when the stress gets insane, the pounds pile on, and relationships get tested.  If Kim is looking better than ever, you guys are catering to each other, and making a wager like this then it really shows an impressive relationship.

It is the same way in my household

Currently, I am on the "losing" side and the resistance is strong so I am pulling back.  I am hoping she will suprise me with a Christmas present but I think Santa will miss our house this year
