HI! I am completely obsessed with making Toners of the Past i.e. Roux Toning/Party colors or Clairol Creme Toning for DP Blondes. *discontinued If you know formulas to make these please help if you have the time.... Sorry Borne.blonde; I am of no help. But, I had to say those tones sound beautiful! 
I remember there were a lot of great posts on mixing Clairol toners on the GoingBlonde.com site, but I'm not even sure that site is up anymore. Good luck with it. ------------- Love clip-ins and tape! |
