This morning I used Motions Color Refresher on my hair. It is burgundy red. It is also a conditioner, and I thought that's all it was. My hair is colored-brown with blonde highlights-now I have a big red spot where it was very blonde. Is there anything I can do? I have tried to contact the manufacturer, but I'm still waiting for them. The package doesn't say whether it's perm, semi-perm, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks.

I'm not familiar with that product, but it sounds like a temporary shampoo. They stick quite well to lightened hair. You may have found that its already washed out some, you can probably hurry it along with clarifying shampoo or a baking soda/shampoo stripping wash. (If your brown is not natural though, it may fade that as well).
