Which one is the least damaging? I have medium texture wavy/curly hair, especially in the nape and temple areas. (Most of the hair on the crown and top of my head is relatively straight) I want something gentle enough for caucasian hair to relax those areas, but, my hair is also color treated (which I want to eventually lighten as well). Which one might be the best option to minimize damage?
