Has anyone ever had to sign a release form before hairdresser put extensions in?  The hair extensiontist wanted me to sign a release form so she could not be sued.  Is this normal?

I never have...it seems kind of like buying something on Ebay from someone who doesn't accept returns.

If you have your hair done by Raccon they always ask to sing a relese form.

Yes, I signed  a release form before I got hairlocs installed. It's is for their protection and the customers. It just layes out the details of the agreement on what they will and will not do etc. So both parties are on the same page.
