hi everyone,this is my first post.I had dyed my hair couple times in past 4 years.the last one was made by a professional and it was all over champagne highlites over honey blonde i was happy with that but then get bored and dyed my hair dark golden brown it was loreal excellence it turned out good but faded to a cool tone ,it is like cool medium browni want to get back honey blonde but i dont want to end up orange blonde all i need is a little golden tone but not too much .how can I achieve this without bleaching?i want to try a boxed dye which brand and what color should i use?  my hair is so damaged and has a breakage right now so i dont think using bleach

If your hair is that damaged, you might want to just wait until you've got new growth.  You don't want to break your hair off.

At the very least, if you can't live without trying it, I'd use a color remover like colorfix (test strand it to make sure you don't hit the breaking point).  It will probably give you yellow or orange hair which you'll have to dye over.  If it comes out orange, keep doing the color fix until you get yellow (do the test strand only to know how many times you'll have to do it).  Once its yellow, you can go over it with a boxed color that is ash blonde to tone down the yellow (make sure you only choose blonde ash, don't change your mind about the color at the last minute because only ash blonde will have the violet base you need to counter the yellow.  You need to test strand that too though, boxed colors still aren't very predictable.

thank you very much your reply i appreciate that. also can you tell me which colors has violet green or blue base like ash is violet i understand all ashes are the same or just blonde is like that? okey also should i do like a light brown with a boxed color then over time after 3 months should i try again dark blonde etc
