I had more hair added over the weekend and one of the bonds (keratin) really is in a strange position and shows it is to close to the hair line and I don't have enough hair to cover it unless I put it behind my ear.  I don't want to go through the hassle to go the salon...not that close.

Is there  a way to take this one out myself at home?

Thanks

Sure you can take it out at home. All you need is a drop of acetone (used for removing artifical nails, can be found in the nail section of the BSS, or even in walmart, etc) and a pair of pliers. Use a cotton ball and dab a little acetone on the bond and then crunch it with the pliers. The bond should crumble and the extension hair should slide right out. Smile

You can also use keratin remover. It can be found here.

Sultry hair has had lots of negative reviews on Black Hair Media. I would proceed with caution.

I believe most keratin removers are acetone based. Nearly 100% acetone with a few inert ingredients. So...I opt for pure professional acetone, and its usually cheaper than the removers. Some bonds (like great lengths or maybe so-cap ? cant remember) use a high % alcohol for removal.
