Hi everyone, i am very happy i found these forums :)))

i had a general question about my hair, basically i had natural brown hair once, then i bleached it about a year ago, which really damaged my hair. before i bleached it i put hena on it and then went to a hairdresser and told her i wanted to go to blond. she told me that i had to wait for at least 6 months to a year before i could do that, due to the fact that i have used henna on my hair (she explained that when you put something natural on it, you have to stick to natural, and if u put chemicals then you have to stick to your chemicals, otherwise it really damages your hair badly.) 6 months later i bleached my whole hair.

as you already know this whole story really damaged my hair, and i have been reading about a home made treatment that is supposed to do wonders (i am sure of it). it is: mashed avocado with olive oil for your hair. i really want to do it, but i am not sure of the reaction of this treatment with my chemically treated hair. has anyone done this before> it sounds like a great hair mask, but i dont dare do it before i get the facts first.

i hope there will be someone who has some information on this subject, personal experience advices are very good too :)))
thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The natural treatment will be fine on your chemically treated hair. I wish I could explain why better, but I'm at a loss for words.

Oh, and I use olive oil quite often on my verymuchso bleached hair, mixed in with a cholesterol treatment. Does wonders for me Smile
