Which perm are you wearing... Carefree Curl, Wave Nouveau, Avlon Ferm, etc.
How do you wear yours... curly, wavy, straight?

I currently am rockin the wave nouveau curly style. After many many years of straight relaxed hair i opted for a change. Never did the curly jheri curl thing back in the day, but after seeing a friend with WN and how great it looked on her i gave it a try.
My Big Chop was on June 6 2008. I love it, it is not wet or stringy. Real believeable curls (everyone asks is that your real hair). I use all WN products moisturing lotion, mousse, daily humectant. No combs or brush just finger style with ocassional lite afro pik and finnishing spray. Low maintaince and gorgeous.
the new growth has been unreal.
