Are you saying she was abnormal when she had short hair?

You should say that her hair is back to where it was before she cut it for Locks of Love...

I;m sure you are not making a value judgment, but rather stating an opinion

no I think what Hawg meant was she looks so amazing with long hair and she has her length back. The short do was cute but, it didn't work well for her.

Nice to see her hair like this again.
And btw SSjockey, there is no way the amount of hair she did initially cut off would have been long enough for a Locks of Love donation(it's 10 inches tip to tip if I recall correctlly)
I am not saying she didn't claim she did this, although I don't remember that, I'm just saying...

A beautiful lady. My favorite look was in "Judge Dredd".

Judge Dredd?  I would think you would have liked her better in Streets of Fire or The Outsiders.  I for one like her best in The Cotton Club.

Her hair definitely looked best in "Murder at 1600".

LOL Not to worry about HAWG. I have feeling you would have gotten ribbed for anything. Yes I'm also she went back to longer.

August 13, 1979. Diane Lane appears on the cover of Time Magazine. She had waistlength hair at the time. Sure, her hair has gotten shorter since, but isn't she aging gracefully? And have you seen her 16-year-old daughter, Eleanor Lambert? The apple hasn't fallen far from the tree. She also has gorgeous hair -- as long as mom's used to be.
