I'm not sure she is a celebrity or not. Something about MTV's The City.
I accidently came across this pick and with all the talk about bangs...
I thought I would share this. While I generally like short hair and short bangs - this is absolutely stunning to me. What a beauty. I would think it would be hard for non-bang lovers to argue about this one.
