Hi everyone
I have been highlighting my hair with the cap using bleach, but i have now decided i want a full colour, preferably a beige blond. My natural hair colour is a light-med brown.  I want to know if i need a pre-lightner just on my roots or all over? or can i get away with just a tint? I know i do have red tones in my hair, so do i need to use an ash blond?

Can anyone help???

You're going to have to prelighten all your hair that is light medium brown (roots and length).  You probably aren't going to get enough lift from a tint alone to lift those parts.  If its possible, try to avoid getting the bleach on the hair that is already blonde (it won't need it and the extra damage isn't good).  You may need a friend to help you divide out your hair and make sure you get all the brown parts covered.  Good luck!
