So my hair's pretty long, like a bit below my eyes long, and I'm trying to get it like this:
  I tried using mousse, but it just makes my hair get all flat and a little bit curly in the bottom. And whenever I DO magically achieve this effect, the wind just ends up ruining it :p
any help?
