O.K HERE WE GO AGAIN.i ordered  some synthetic hair through ebay it was curly looked pretty good.i e-mailed the seller asking her if this medium brown hair did not have all the red that the picture seemed like it did.she said no it was the camera.well i finally got it was from hong kong.anyways to my surprise it was more of a meduim red.granted it was only 14.00 dollars i know real cheap what do you expect? but she said it was on sale!i e-mailed her back stating this peice is just plain red.she said i could return minus shipping.it is not even worth  it.so my question is IS THERE A WAY I CAN DYE THESE? what else can i do with them.i am sick and tired of throughing money out the window.i dont think i will ever order anymore hair extensions through the net.i have no luck doing so.always wrong color too short etc. tired of it

I've heard of people using fabric dyes on them, not sure of the results though. I know regular hair dye does nothing, I experimented with that one b4.

Ebay is the last online site I'd probably buy hair from. How much hair did you get for $14? They synthetics I buy are about $9-10 a pack and last very very long.

I usually get them from my local Beauty Supply Store (BSS) or I order it online from hairsisters.com.

What I do is look online for the style/texture I'm looking for, check the BSS for it, to see if it's as pictured and do a feel and tug test lol.

Or if I was to order it online, I usually stick to the brands I'm familiar with if not, I ask around, and for the colors I go to the brands actual website to see how the colors would look since the swatches don't always look as pictured and vary from brand to brand.
