Hi,

I've been on this forum about half a year ago and in all my lurking decided I was going to buy wefts from sampook on ebay....I came back to be sure that was who I was interested in and have read a bunch of bad stuff about this seller. I keep hearing things about bohyme hair....is this a type of hair or a brand of hair?

I'm looking to make my own clip ins...I have the finest straightest baby-like hair you can imagine. My hair is finer and softer and has less body than my 3 year old's hair does....I'm very nervous about trying extensions again...my only experience has been with doctored locks and I hated the hair I got...I used the links you smash with pliers. I washed the hair once and it turned from what I supposedly bought- straight fine hair- to this kinky tangly mess that had the opposite texture of my own hair. I took it out immediately - $200+ down the drain with all the equipment I had to buy to apply. I want some clip ins and I couldn't give less of a care how much $ I spend....I just want quality hair. This hair was obviously crap since it was a nasty mess after one wash with pureology/cold water. I'm interested in bohyme since I read a lot of good about it...I also hear about russian virgin hair which I would buy in a second but only if I knew the source was reliable. Is there someone on here with my hair type that can recommend hair from a specific place that is reliable (somewhere you have bought from and worn and washed without the horrible results I have had?)

Sampook's hair looks beautiful...but I read she steals pictures...I don't know what to do.

I am extremely grateful for any experienced help from someone with my hard to match hair texture who can save me from being robbed again. Thanks!

Bohyme is a brand of hair they have straight, wavy, curly: http://www.hairsisters.com/ver2/ShoppingList.php?intName1=product_brand&intValue1=20 - Bohyme

I have thin hair, very thin uptop and I make my own clip-ins, there were a few threads on here about clip-ins and making your own. Let me know if you need any info, I'll find and post the tutorial I used when I was getting started. Its not hard @ all, just need your hair, the wig clips, needle and thread (whatever type you choose)

So if I were you, I'd check out hair sites, or beauty supply stores or sallys, anywhere you can purchase hair and get a better look and feel of the types of hair out there to find a brand texture you like and want to try.  If you want you can find the brand and come back here and ask about it/get reviews on it, you know research the hair and vendors before you buy it

One thing with clip-ins, IMO is that they last longer than any weave/extensions could b/c you can take them out and care them/handle them better.  And so far I've only used synthetic hair for my clip-ins and they're going strong.
