hi could anyone please tell me if i can put blonde highlights over red hair. i dyed my hair 3 months ago ruby red worse mistake, i have now put a light brown over it doesnt look much different please please help.

| When u do blonde over red, it's very hard.I'd go to a Salon for that.If u try it at home.It could come out even worse than it is.I don't want to see u mess your hair up. |
