Sup guys it seems like its been foreva since i been on here but im having a problem with my waves.Unfortunately its the same ol same ol wit my hair. my hair cant grow out into a fro and it wont wave up into a 360 patteren. ive done everything from pomades to not using pomades to using jus CC or Indian hemp or not using nothing at all jus natural brushing. my result remain the same or they come in little to no gains. i even changed my brUshing methods from brushing in A diaginol way i've started brushing downward and results still havent changed. Ive been trying to conquer this thing since i found this site which is since i was 12 years old now im 17 years old and i cant get my waves to par. Also i wanted to start cutting my own hair but the clippers i got arre at least 17 to 18 years old (Dads left ova clippers from da 90's lol) idk if the blades needa be changed or not but they havent been oiled since idk but im going to buy sum oil to grease em up do but im not so sure how to cut hair i have guards that i found that gowith the clippers so hopefully that will help me. i need advice quickly and need to kno wat to do i have pics posted so i hope these will sort of help wit a answer.

Now lets talk about it
Well your cam is pretty daaamn bad its hard to see whats going on, but your old pics look decent.
Now your current stuff be lackin a lil bit, but its still got potential, what exactly is your meth? Make sure you brush, durag, I mean really make sure you are using that durag, for some reason your old pics remind me of my friend's waves who never uses a durag, they look kinda like that.. And your up to date pics its hard to tell how it is, but I hate to say it, the answer is in your sig, hate to say that like so many people do but.. keep brushing. BUT ALSO durag, and wet your hair before brushing, it helps a lot.
And the cutting, now those are some quality clippers, they're Wahls, oil them, try them out, if they don't feel like they are pulling your hairs, then they're good. If they seem to pull, (& are lubed well) you should be able to get some new blades. If they do not run well aka the motor is too old or damaged, forget it. I don't see a taper adjust bar so I wouldn't really like those myself, but thats me... And for cutting I believe Gristyle has a great stickie on it over @ 360waves.

THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE BUT YEA WEN I HAD MY WAVES LIKE DAT AT AGE 13 I BRUSHED IN A WEIRD WAY THAT I WOOULD SAY PROBELY IS FORBIDDEN ON THIS FOURM LOL BUT IT WORKED BUT THEN I GREW IT OUT ONE WINTER DEN SPRING CAME AND HAD TO STAR AND EVER SINCE THEN I BEEN GETTING THE SAME RESULT AS THE CURRENT PIC OF MY WAVES I DURAG EVERYNIGHT AND SUMTIME I DID TO SKOO BEFORE CLASS STARTED SINCE BING AN OG WAVER I BEEN USING THE METH THAT IVE ALWAYS BEEN DOIN
MY CURRENT METH IS BRUSH APPLY INDIAN HEMP BRUSH IT IN AND DU-RAG THATS ALL I DO. AS FAR AS THE SLIPPER GOES EVEN THOUGH IT DOES HAVE THE LEVER ON THE CLIPPER I HAVE GUARDS THA ARE WAHLS GUARDS...WILL THIS BE LIKE HAVEIN THE LEVER?
