Hiiii. So for about 3 years now my hair has been short, from an inch or two above shoulder length to now a few inches longer. To give you an idea of what my hair is like will take some explaining. When I had my hair first cut short, the stylist completely messed it up. It was down to about 1-2 inches past my shoulders, I asked for a trim and some LONG layers. The stylist trimmed it to above shoulder length and gave me all sorts of crazy short layers. I got use to it and at the time was content with the new short hair. But now that I have decided to grow my hair back out, it looks like a mess. It is about 3 inches past my shoulders in the back, getting shorter and shorter from the back to front. It looks like a layered halfway mullet. From a side view you can see how long it is in the back, and then how short and layered and uneven it is on the sides it is. There are layers as short as 3 inches on top, and the side hair right beside where my bangs start is so thin where theres not much hair there because half of it has been cut short into a layer. It is depressing and very angering and because I am in the process of going back blonde, I have been getting about half an inch trimmed off every few months. The short layers look awful And my hair wont stay straightened in some parts because the hair is so thin where its been made into layers. Help!
