Boy, I sure did last night! I dreamt that my hair was cut into a MULLET: The topmost sections were all three inches long and the rest fall past my shoulders. I literally woke up terrified. Then on the way to work today the radiom told me "female mullets are making a comeback in Hollywood." Yeeecch!
Does anyone else have hair dreams/nightmares?

I haven't had any sleeping nightmares but I occasionally have a thought/waking nightmare about some kid cutting my daughter's waist length hair. I picture children in school, they're working on a project and they all have scissors (blunt tip of course but they can still cut). On a whim, one of them decides it would be fun to (as in let's see what happens if I) cut a piece of that long-haired girl's hair. I don't know why I have this thought. Maybe I saw a tv show a long time where this happened or something. Who knows...

Oh come Lyris, we all know that your dream is simply a manifestation of your deep-seated desire to sport a mullet.......you can't fool us.
Just teasing! Really, that would be quite a nightmare, I have to admit!
I'm sure I've had hair nightmares, but I really don't remember any specific ones because it's been quite awhile. But since you've mentioned it, I have a feeling that you've planted a seed in my consciousness which will sprout in my sub-conscious when the sun lays down his head.....

Yes I would look SO GOOD as Billy Ray Cyrus!
It was such a creepy dream, so real and tangible. I was looking in the mirror and running my fingers through the short pieces on top. I could actually feel them. Yikes. I've had other dreams where someone cut off all my hair and I'm always happy when I wake up. But a mullet's really bad, because you've still got most of the length but would have to sacrifice all that to get to a decent style. Horrors!

I think so - but I have all kinds of nightmares. My life is pretty freaky. Actually, it's calmed down now. Mullet, eh, Lyris? That's a riot.
