I am looking for a stylist in las vegas nv who isnt afraid to use bleach if anyone here knows someone or is willing to do my hair please let me know. I have the bleach and toner i want used along with the formula... Please help me find a good stylist most of them here are too scared to use bleach and im frustrated lol. Thank you! |
