This is a scary step for me. I have been blond for about ten years, but I'm
tired of the breakage and getting roots done every five weeks. I used the
Feria crystal brown which is a light brown so now my hair is dark blonde.
I want to go a little bit darker and I have warm tones . My question is I don't want my hair to have a red tone to it. So should I stay away from warm colors and stick to just the natural colors.

you have to have a red base  for brown or your hair will turn that crappy shade of gray green. the foundation of brown is red. If you meant "cool" tones like an ash thats different. it counters out the red with blue removing the warm under tones
