Don't know if this is new news or not but she has gone short. Looks not too bad on her upon first review.

Would like to reserve judgment until I see a better pic with a more definitive style. But on first glance, it does look like a puzzling waste of gorgeous hair.

I'm not sure whether this is a bad cut,  just a bad cut for Ms. Paxton, or a little of both, but there are two  morals to this story:

1.   If, before she got it cut, you had asked me (or, I suspect, most anyone on this board) if she would look good in short hair, I would have said she'd look great in most any style.  I would have been wrong.

2.   Never make a major hair styling decision when you're mad.

Bet she was wishing she could glue it back on the next day.

Looks really good in a couple of picture I see around. Good for her, sets her apart from the crowd.  Love it.

Of course it's a waste, since hair never grows back once it's been cut off. Wink

Why is it a waste?

Maybe it went to charity, is it a waste then?

Just because you don't like her haircut does not mean it was a waste. If she wanted to have it cut, then by all means, she has the right to cut it how she feels. Good for her in not caving into social pressure to have long hair in young Hollywood.
