I very thick Ringlet hair. I am trying to grow my hair long to donate. I am getting sick and tried of my hair being curly. I tried to straighten it out at home. I love the straight look on me. Make sure you have a stylist that has experience relaxing you hair type. There are different relaxers for different textures of hair. The relaxer will just smooth your hair down, you will also need to get a blow dryer and a ceramic flat iron. Try to use heat as little as possible. Your stylist can show you exactly to style your hair with the flat iron and blow dryer. Hope this helps
