If you're male, live in Jamaica and play in a steel drum band, by all means. If you're female and want to look remotely sexy, this is not the way to go. Actually, regardless of the poor choice of the twisted dreads shown above, I've long contended that, with her coloring, Shakira makes a terrible blonde. She should go back to brunette. Do a bit of searching and you can find some old pics where she was and you can see what I mean.
