Has anybody experienced having their hair matted or very tangled after taking out their braids or extensions for like 3 months?  They are so easy , but it is so frustrating removing weaves and braids.

Also sometimes we have shampooed our hair right after taking out braids and weaves and the hair becomes a big matted knot or tangled mess.  Its like all the hair sticks together.

There is this product online called the Take Down Remover-but it is quite hard to find in the beauty supply stores

There are hairdressers called Tangled Hair Techs that you can get advice and assistance from.  They do provide mobile service as stated on their blog for detangling tangled matted hair and dreadlocks.

Just wanted to get this information out cause afrohair damage and afrohair loss is not an option for so many women.

cheers
